    Is this Threads or Meta support?
    No. Thraads.com is an independent education guide and isn't affiliated with Meta. We can't access or change any account. For account help, use the Help options in the Threads or Instagram app, or Meta's Help Center.
    
    
    How do I contact Threads support?
    In the Threads app, go to your profile → menu (two lines) → Settings → Help. From there you can report a problem or open the Help Center. For a hacked account, use instagram.com/hacked.
    
    
    What's your email address?
    You can email us at contact@thraads.com. The message builder on this page fills in a subject and the details we need.
    
    
    Can I suggest a guide or tool?
    Yes, please do. Choose "Suggest a guide" in the message builder and tell us the question you're trying to answer.
    
    
    I found a mistake on a page. What should I send?
    The page link, what's wrong, what it should say, and - if you have it - a link to an official source such as Meta's Newsroom or Help Center. Screenshots help too.
