What is a custom feed on Threads?
A custom feed is a feed you build from topics and profiles you choose. It sits alongside For You and Following, so you can switch to a feed that's only about, say, coffee or your industry.
How do I create a custom feed on Threads?
Open the feed menu at the top left of the home screen and tap + to create a new feed. Add topics and profiles, give it a name and tap Done.

Yes. Your custom feeds appear in the web app in the same order as on mobile, and you can add them as columns side by side.
